Oli2go is an efficient, user friendly, fully automated multiplex oligonucleotide design tool for non-human DNA, which includes the design of primers and hybridization probes, specificity and cross dimer checks in one run. The software is specialized in the design of high quality probes and primers for bacteria, viruses, fungi, invertebrates, plants, protozoa and archaea. You only have to input your target sequences (minimum 2 sequences in FASTA format), set the input parameters and press the "Start design" button. Note: In theory as many sequences can be used as wanted. However, as the software works highly accurate, the computation time increases with the number of input sequences. For example 20 sequences (~1000 bp each) at once takes approximately 2 hours. Therefore, please choose reasonable input parameters, check your input sequences before submission and plan enough time for design (e.g. run the software over night).
